Storing Tips: Uncut watermelon should be stored at room temperature with the green side up. Cut into desired sizes and place in a Cambro food stor­age box in the cooler.

Storing Tips: Refrigerate ripe honeydew melon, store firm (unripened) melon at room temperature until softened slightly at the blossom end and the skin color turns creamy yellow. Handle honeydew with care, they bruise easily. Once cut, honeydew melons absorb odors from other foods. Store covered.
